“ Pretty good! We had the catfish basket, and the lunch special 3/4 lb headless shrimp (lemon pepper/medium). I’ll do hot next time, the medium was more of a mild. The service was spot on, our server was super nice and left us needing nothing. I do wish they’d provide the plastic gloves like the other “bag” places around. Recommended though! ”

“ I went to Twisted crab with my best friend and my kids for my son’s birthday and we absolutely LOVED it!! The atmosphere was so calm, the music choices were great and the staff really made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and we were so full when we left we went for early dinner time on a Saturday and the food came out in a timely manner and smelled incredible. We will 100% be going back soon!!! ”

“ One of my new favorite places! We went around 2pm the Monday after Mother’s Day. The food was absolutely amazing! It was all cooked perfectly and tasted so freaking good. It was the first time my husband and I have been and it didn’t disappoint. I got a seafood boil T5 I believe (crab, crawfish, (added) sausage, shrimp, potatoes, corn and (added) boiled eggs) and got it mild with the twisted crab seasoning. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. I’m actually kind of picky as well and was pleasantly surprised that I instantly fell in love. I also might go up a spice level next time. Our server, Sarah was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and informative. She really made our first visit a memory. The host as well was kind enough to wipe our menu down as it was still wet from the cleaner they used. My husband ordered chicken tenders and onion rings. His stomach unfortunately wasn't feeling well the last few days so he didn’t have much of an appetite for anything. However, he had some of his food and was pleased. The rest we took to go and our son ate the rest of his leftovers and was happy. Nice big portion of each tender and onion rings. Also, the cook was nice enough to give a nice big portion of BBQ sauce. Definitely kid friendly. Only went during the day so can’t speak for the night. I can’t wait to try their other food options and their adult beverages next time. It all sounded so delicious. Spent 66.33 for both our orders. We did have 2 sodas and I did add 2 boiled eggs and 1/2 lb of sausage. Cons: All MINOR 1.) I had to ask for extra sauce to go. I wasn’t even halfway done with my seafood and most of the sauce was gone. (Maybe because it was that good and it got all soaked up by the seafood.) Ha-ha. My server was so generous to get me more with no problem. Next time, I’ll just be sure to ask and get an extra side for dipping alone, while the main sauce gets soaked up by the seafood. 2.) The crawfish I got, a lot of them were really tiny. There was a few that were a good decent size. Normally, it can’t be helped when you get some small ones but definitely expected a lot more decent sized ones. I will note that I come from Texas so, not sure if my expectations for crawfish is high because of that or it could be just a one off batch. Either way it was still absolutely delicious and will order again. 3.) The booth we sat in had a lot of gnats on the table. We had to keep shooing them away for a little while. 4.) The window we were next to in our booth was not clean. Normally, I don’t really care about things like that but it had a lot of butter and grease smeared all around on it right next to me. I’m sure that could also be another reason for the gnats. I think it was just our booth as the windows didn’t look like ours did. Basically, it looked like someone was having a hard time with their seafood and flung all the juices everywhere. 5.) One menu had the po boy options listed etc. and while the other menu didn’t have it at all and had drinks and other stuff that wasn’t on the other. So, we essentially ended up sharing a menu. Not a big deal to us at all. However, if there was a big party someone might miss out on all the other amazing options they offer and wanted to note it. Deducted one star for the minor cons listed above. We will definitely be back, hoping at least once a month. Would highly recommend. ”

“ We actually came out to go to a Brazilian steakhouse that is down the street only to find it closed. We decided we would give this place a try instead and I’m glad we did. It wasn’t super busy but we were sort of early 6pm ish for dinner. We ordered the F2 meal. Our wait person was very nice and helped answer questions. We couldn’t decide on the spice level because I like it hot and my husband not so much. They suggested we go medium and they would bring me a side of the hot sauce separately. The food was amazing. It was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. I had a good time and it’s always fun making a mess eating seafood. We played ticktacktoe and doodled on the paper table cover. The lobster was fantastic, the mussels were very good. I can’t even come up with a negative. We couldn’t eat it all and left a lot on the plate. We will be back for sure!! ”

“ We tried Twisted Crab for the first time today. Came in on a Saturday around lunchtime, it was not crowded and we were seated immediately. The vibe is very modern; it's nicely decorated and the bar area feels like somewhere you'd want to hang out. On to the food - we started with fried cheese sticks and even though that's a really basic menu item, they were thick and tasty with the marinara. DH and I both ordered the T1 (snow crab, shrimp, sausage, 2 potatoes and 2 corns), hot, with Twisted sauce. It arrived in steamy bags in a big metal bucket; we were provided with a shared crab cracker, plastic gloves and a bib, wipes and a plastic fork. Thus prepared, we dumped our bags of food into the metal plates and found a substantial amount of very hot food. A cluster of snow crab legs was decently sized, the shrimp were really good and the sausage was tasty. Hot is actually pretty spicy but not excessively. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was good, no complaints there; our waitress was also the bartender and she was very sweet, explained how everything works since we were first timers. Host was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back, it was a really good experience. ”

“ Waiting at the bar the bartender Miss Denise was amazing very friendly and helpful kind and patient I will definitely be recommending The Twisted Crab to all my friends the hostess(Lucia) was too kind very helpful being that it is February 14th it was extra busy the girls here did what they had to do and I'm sure made the night for many couples in love. Help build a memory for first-timers like us we will be coming to eat here once a week making a tradition thank you thank you thank keep it Up ”

“ I am not a seafood person. I've only had good seafood one time before eating here. I ordered a sandwich. The fish was crispy and the fries were good. I would order it again with extra fries. They are on a French fries ration there. Part of my dinner party wanted a fish boil and that is why we went. They loved the fish boil. It could've been more spicy but other than that it was delicious ”

“ Got to try the newer location last night and it did not disappoint! Since it was a Thursday night it was not very busy and they had a special of a plate that was only 19.99!! It came with Crab Legs, Shrimp, Potatoes, Sausage and Corn, normally it’s 36.95 I think. Anyway they also had a DJ playing good music because it was Karaoke night! Oh and they have Happy Hour discounts on drinks so I tried the Pineapple Express. Delicious and refreshing. My son just got straight up a pound of crab legs and a Pepsi and our total bill was 66 bucks! Now looking at their menu I’m sure if you go on a Friday or weekend and order things a certain way you could spend well over a hundred or 2 depending on how many are in your party. Anyway, the Cajun seasoning was delicious as well and we were dipping each bite of everything in the sauce because it was so addictive! I took some pics so check out each pic of what I described above. Bar is HUGE and looks fun to hang out to eat at and watch sports if that is your preference as well. ”
